Every Meal is A new Adventure!

You've never been to a cooking class like this, or had a meal like this.

Upon arrival, you don an apron and have a seat at your prep station.

Using my "Flip-N-Dine" meal planning cards, which provide us with a protein, a food ethnicity, a meal style, and a piece of kitchen equipment, we work together to visualize, craft,  and prepare an amazing meal. 

All meals follow a primal template: made from scratch from the freshest ingredients.

Grain, sugar and dairy (mostly) free!

Then, we sit around a big table to enjoy the fruits of our labor together!

It's greatly rewarding knowing that you and your classmates created the entire experience!

Some of the dishes we've enjoyed at recent classes include:

  • Farmers' Market Tomato, Cucumber, Mozzarella and Basil Salad with Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette
  • Grass-fed Beef Stuffed Mushrooms
  • Local Melon wrapped with Prosciutto with Mint
  • Salad of Grilled Eggplant and Grilled Summer Squash with Caper Shallot Vinaigrette
  • Herb Pesto Rubbed Venison Backstrap
  • Venison stuffed with Pomegranate and Fennel

Meals are prepared following a primal template:

  • Grain Free
  • Sugar Free
  • Limited Diary, always optional
  • Fresh ingredients, organic and local whenever possible.
  • Meats are grass-fed or organic
